Auto Parts Manufacturers welcome the return of Peugeot to Iran
Mohammad Reza Najafi Manesh in an interview with "PersianKhodro" said: "Cooperating with foreign countries connects the automotive industry to the global information and in that case, auto and auto parts makers could benefit from the newest technology in the world."
He continued: "Cooperating with each of the automaker countries would be helpful in quality improvement of domestic autos and auto parts."
In response to the question that "If Peugeot returns to Iran, what strategies could prevent the company from going back?" he said: "Peugeot staying strategy is a political issue but auto and auto parts makers will welcome the return of this company to Iran."
He also said: "If the new government's promises about opening the communication ways with other countries would be done, it will be very effective in improving of our automotive industry."
Najafi Manesh expressed optimism towards the feasibility of the President plans for automotive industry and noted that we hope by overcoming the sanctions, the industry would be back to its peak."
